Crossroads Intensive Treatment Program
Just a quick note to thank you and your staff at Burlington Labs. Crossroads has been using your services for urine drug analysis for just over 6 months, and we couldn’t be happier.
Your willingness to develop a custom profile to meet the needs of our program as well as your willingness to run individual tests versus a full panel that was not always medically necessary is what initially drew us to you. But it is your professionalism, super quick turn over (less than 24 hours), and flexibility regarding when you pick up samples, run the tests, and get the results back to me, that sets you apart from other labs we have used.
I’ve worked with 3 other labs and have never experienced them as eager to meet the needs of the program. Maybe it’s a local thing, maybe it’s just who you are. Whatever it is, I appreciate it, and it makes my job easier.
Thanks again, and keep up the great work.

A complete screening is comprehensive in scope and the turnaround time allows us to better service the needs of our guests for shelter.
The service provided by Burlington Laboratories warrants full recommendation. The Burlington Emergency Shelter would be glad to discuss how the service of Burlington Labs has benefited our values, vision, and mission with anyone interested in our vantage point.
I want to take a few minutes to thank you and your staff for the spectacular service you have been providing to Maple Leaf Farm. Since Burlington Laboratories started conducting our drug testing in February, we have been most impressed with all aspects of your service and we couldn’t be happier.Maple Leaf Farm
Our specimens are picked up and your lab has results dispatched back to us in just a few hours. This short turnaround time gives us the opportunity for rapid therapeutic intervention when necessary. Burlington laboratories fast turn around time has enabled us to provide better care to all of our patients and I have no doubt that this can help lead to their success.
You have been willing to work with us to develop a drug testing system that best meets our specific needs, your team has been available for helping with staff training and they are always willing to spend time on the phone answering any questions our counselors have.
Burlington Laboratories eagerness to provide top quality service shines through in all that you do. Your company exemplifies the use of best practices. Thank you, to you and your entire team, for all of your efforts. I look forward to a long and productive partnership with Burlington Laboratories.
Burlington Laboratories have been an invaluable resource for the Cots Waystation and Daystation. Our programs are designed to be drug and alcohol free so the testing by Burlington Laboratories helps us to do just that. The philosophy behind our programs is that if you have a drug or alcohol issue our expectation is to work with you to deal with the issue. Burlington Laboratories helps us to carry out that mission.
Many years ago [we used another] lab who charged COTS $40 a test, and we would have to wait for at least two days to get the results. [Burlington Labs] can test for anything we suspect the client may be using and abusing.
[If we did not drug test, our clients] could continue to not be held accountable for their behavior and continue to deny abusing substances. The goal of our program and Burlington Laboratories is to help clients realize they have a problem and to encourage clients to seek treatment for their addiction in a non-judgemental way.COTS Daystation / Waystation
