Local Collections

If you are local to our Vermont laboratory, we may be able to complete the collections process for you.

Walk-In Collection Center

Many small offices and professionals on-the-go appreciate having an official place to send a patient for friendly and professional collection. That’s why our laboratory facility also serves as a walk-in collection center. Whether you need a simple, or an observed collection, we can do the job. Our laboratory professionals ensure that the best collection practices are followed. Samples go from the collection site directly into our laboratory and are processed right away.

Burlington Labs has now partnered with select Turning Point Centers of Vermont to offer more collection locations.

On Site Collections

Have a group that meets regularly, or a residential care facility with regular drug testing? We may be able to come directly to you and do the collections for you – which gives you more time to take care of your programs and your patients. UA collection can take hours a week—time that could be better spent helping your patients with their recovery.

Pre-Employment, Coast Guard and DOT Collections

Our Vermont facility is certified to be a collection site for the Department of Transportation, Coast Guard, and any employer requiring pre-employment testing. Applicants can come in to have the collections process efficiently completed.  We are available Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.  (Please call ahead for an appointment for SAMHSA related collections.)  Your specimen will then be securely packaged and expedited to a SAMHSA-approved laboratory. Because there are only a few SAMHSA-approved labs in the United States, the results may take up to one week to be received.
